NABA’s Mission Statement

The North Alabama Boaters Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the community fellowship among boaters, interested parties, education, recreation and safety, relating to boating and water sports; establishing partnerships and alliances with other organizations interested in boating; promoting, encouraging and advancing the preservation and environmental integrity of our waterways.

 

All that attend understand, know, and assume all risks and hazards inherent in the activities of
boating and waterway travel. All know and understand that the Tennessee River is public
property and forever discharges and releases North Alabama Boaters Association, it’s
executives, and members, from any claims, demands, actions, or causes, of actions, on account
of any injury or death to any participant, or non-participant which may occur from any cause
arising out of or incident to participation or non-participation of North Alabama Boaters
Association events. Please use common sense and enjoy our waterways responsibly.
